Size

The plant photos shown are our stock images used to represent the general appearance, size, and quality of the plant you’ll receive. Please remember that each plant is unique—natural variations in color, shape, and size are completely normal!

 Light

  • Prefers bright, indirect light

  • Medium light is tolerated but variegation may fade

  • Avoid direct sun → scorch marks

  • Bright light helps maintain bold patterning

 Water

  • Water when the top 1–2 inches of soil dry out

  • Keep soil evenly moist but not wet

  • Overwatering → yellowing and root rot

  • Underwatering → crispy edges

 Soil

  • Use a well-draining, chunky aroid mix

  • Ideal blend: potting soil + orchid bark + perlite + coco coir

  • Keeps roots airy and prevents rot

 Temperature & Humidity

  • Optimal temps: 65–85°F (18–29°C)

  • Avoid temperatures below 55°F (13°C)

  • Prefers moderate to high humidity (50–70%)

  • Higher humidity helps the variegation stay vibrant

 Growth Habit

  • Climbing philodendron

  • Benefits from a moss pole or trellis

  • Leaves become larger and more patterned when supported

  • Moderate growth rate

  • Propagates easily through node cuttings

 Fertilizer

  • Feed every 4 weeks in spring and summer

  • Use a balanced or foliage fertilizer

  • Reduce feeding in fall/winter

  • Avoid overfertilizing → can burn variegated sections

 Common Problems

  • Variegation fading: insufficient light

  • Yellow leaves: overwatering

  • Brown crispy edges: low humidity

  • Leggy growth: not enough light or no support

  • Pink/cream sections browning: fertilizer burn or dryness
