Refund policy

There are no refunds or returns on any of our living products, including succulents, houseplants, cacti, airplants, or any other variety of living plant we sell. All sales are final. 

Non-perishable products such as pots, plant care products, candles, cards, gift items, etc. may be returned in person, unused, unopened, and undamaged up to 30 days from the receipt of goods. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges or can return in person to avoid those additional costs.

Workshops and classes are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend please notify us as soon as possible.
