Tranquil Greenery meets soothing sounds...
This event carves out an hour of meditative moments as you're bathed in sounds from singing bowls while laying on your yoga mat surrounded by tranquil greenery.
It's an excellent opportunity to ground yourself in peace and walk away feeling rejuvenated. The experience begins with Blue Lotus Tea and setting intentions as you then lay down and get comfortable while the facilitator begins the gentle flow of vibrations from the bowls.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a light blanket and small pillow for your comfort. Hydration choice and comfortable clothing. Plan to arrive 10 minutes before session begins to get settled.
