Size

* The plant photos shown are our stock images used to represent the general appearance, size, and quality of the plant you’ll receive. Please remember that each plant is unique—natural variations in color, shape, and size are completely normal!

 Light

  • Loves bright, indirect light.

  • Can tolerate medium light, but growth will be slower and leaves smaller.

  • Avoid long hours of direct sun — her leathery leaves can burn.

 Water

  • Let the top 2 inches of soil dry out before watering again.

  • She’s a little more drought-tolerant than some Monsteras, thanks to her thick leaves, but don’t push it too far.

  • Always check soil before watering to avoid root rot.

 Soil

  • A chunky, airy mix is best:

    • Potting soil + perlite + orchid bark (maybe a little coco coir).

  • She hates compacted, soggy soil.

 Temperature & Humidity

  • Thrives in 65–85°F (18–29°C).

  • Loves humidity — aim for 50%+.

  • She’ll survive in regular home humidity but may not grow as fast or get as lush.

 Growth Habit & Training

  • She’s a climber, not a trailer!

  • Give her a moss pole, wood board, or trellis — she’ll latch on with aerial roots and produce bigger, more dramatic leaves.

  • Without support, she’ll stay smaller and bushier.

 Pruning & Propagation

  • Trim any leggy vines above a node to encourage fuller growth.

  • Propagation:

    1. Snip a cutting with at least one node + leaf.

    2. Root in water, moss, or directly in soil.

    3. Be patient — she can be a bit slower than other Monsteras.

Watch Out For

  • Yellow leaves → usually overwatering.

  • Crispy edges → low humidity or underwatering.

  • Stunted growth → needs more light or support to climb.
