Light

• Bright, indirect light is ideal

• Tolerates medium light, but growth will slow

• Avoid direct sun—it can scorch those tiny fronds

• Likes evenly moist soil

• Water when the top inch feels just barely dry

• Never let it fully dry out, but don’t leave it soggy either

Humidity

• Loves moderate to high humidity

• Perfect for bathrooms or kitchens with natural light

• A humidifier or regular misting helps in dry homes

Temperature

• Prefers 60–75°F (16–24°C)

• Keep away from drafts, heaters, and AC vents

 Soil

• Use a well-draining, rich potting mix

• Adding perlite or peat/coco coir helps retain moisture without waterlogging

Fertilizer

• Feed lightly in spring and summer

• Use a diluted balanced houseplant fertilizer every 4–6 weeks

• Skip feeding in fall and winter

Common Issues (and Easy Fixes)

• Brown tips → low humidity or underwatering

• Yellowing fronds → overwatering or poor drainage

• Leaf drop → soil drying out too much

• Trim off brown or crispy fronds to encourage new growth
