Light
• Bright, indirect light.
• Can tolerate a bit of morning sun indoors.
• Outdoors, prefers partial sun, especially in hot climates.
Water
• Keep soil consistently moist while actively growing and blooming.
• Water when the top inch of soil begins to dry.
• Do not let the plant sit in standing water; good drainage is key.
Soil
• Rich, well-draining potting mix.
• A peat- or coco-based mix with added perlite works well.
Temperature & Humidity
• Ideal temperature: 60–75°F.
• Enjoys average household humidity.
• Protect from cold drafts and frost.
Feeding
• Feed every 2–3 weeks during active growth with a balanced liquid fertilizer.
• Stop feeding once blooming slows and leaves begin to yellow.
Blooming & Dormancy
• Blooms typically last several weeks.
• After flowering, leaves may yellow; this is normal.
• Reduce watering and allow the plant to rest for 6–8 weeks.
• Resume watering to encourage new growth.
Repotting
• Repot in spring if rootbound.
• Choose a pot with drainage holes.

• Toxic to pets and humans if ingested.
