Lighting:
- Thrives in bright, indirect light.
- Avoid harsh midday sun. This can scorch the leaves.
Watering:
- You need to water whenever the top inch of soil feels dry whenever you touch it.
- String of frogs can tolerate brief periods of drought if they go dry between waterings.
- Allow the excess water to drain out of the bottom of the pot.
- You want to make sure the pot has drainage holes to prevent the water from building up/sitting at the bottom of the pot, which can lead to root rot.
Temperature:
- The String of Frogs enjoys some moderate humidity.
Tips:
- String of Frogs is a trailing plant.
- They look best either in a hanging basket or on a bookshelf.
