Syngonium Berry 4"

Syngonium Berry 4"

You're in for a treat with the Syngonium 'Berry'! This gorgeous plant, with its pinkish-green arrow-shaped leaves, is not only eye-catching but also pretty easygoing once you get to know it.

🌞 Light

Syngonium 'Berry' loves bright, indirect light. Too much direct sun can scorch those pretty leaves, while too little light might make the color fade and the plant get leggy. A spot near a north or east-facing window is usually perfect.

💧 Watering

Think of watering like giving your plant a refreshing drink—not a bath! Water when the top inch of soil feels dry. This usually means once a week, but always check first. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so make sure your pot has good drainage.

🌡️ Temperature & Humidity

Keep things cozy! These plants like temperatures between 65–80°F. Avoid cold drafts or sudden temperature changes. They're also humidity lovers, so if your space is dry, a little misting or a humidity tray can help keep those leaves lush.

🌱 Soil & Potting

Use a well-draining potting mix—something like a mix for tropical plants or a blend of regular potting soil with perlite and orchid bark works great. Repot every year or two, especially if the roots are peeking out of the pot.

✂️ Pruning & Growth

Feel free to prune it to control its shape or size—this plant can vine out and get wild in the best way! If it gets leggy, give it a trim to encourage bushier growth. You can even propagate the cuttings in water!

🍽️ Feeding

During spring and summer, feed your Syngonium once a month with a balanced liquid fertilizer diluted to half strength. No need to fertilize in the fall and winter when it's not actively growing.
