🌞 Light

• Loves bright, indirect light.

• Too much direct sun = scorched leaves 😬

• Too little light = sad, leggy growth and less vibrant variegation.

A bright room but not directly in a window’s spotlight is perfect.

💧 Water

• Water when the top inch or two of soil is dry.

• Keep the soil lightly moist, but never soggy.

• In winter, let it dry out a bit more between drinks.

• Be cautious: Overwatering is a big no-no for Dieffenbachia!

🌿 Humidity

• A tropical plant at heart, so it loves humidity.

• Regular misting, a pebble tray, or a humidifier can help.

• Dry air can cause browning on leaf edges.

🌱 Soil

• A well-draining potting mix is key.

• You can boost drainage with a bit of perlite or orchid bark.

🪴 Pot

• Needs drainage holes to keep roots happy.

• Repot every couple of years or when you see roots circling the bottom.

• Thrives in warm temps: 65–80°F.

• Keep it away from cold drafts or sudden temp drops.
